Account Supervisor
OVERVIEW
As an Account Supervisor, you will play an integral role within our client services team through dedicated thought/brand leadership working towards executional excellence and management of the day-to-day workflow. We are looking for a candidate who is driven, organized and passionate about delivering great ideas efficiently and flawlessly!
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Function as the key day-to-day client contact and responsible for accurate and timely communications to clients
- Build a solid and lasting relationship with clients, taking initiative to monitor clients competitor marketing efforts using the necessary tools.
- Maintain appropriate contact with the necessary individuals on the client team from start to finish.
- Work with finances and the Account director to optimize financial performance.
- Contribute to the achievement of the client’s marketing and sales objectives through a collaborative and profitable relationship
- Create proposals and SOWs in Netsuite
- Project Scoping: creation of project briefs and support for the digital producers and other department leads.
- Act as a leader to junior positions, coach and mentor them in various tasks.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- Strong written and oral communication skills in both English and French.
- University degree in the field of Marketing, Communications or related fields.
- A minimum of 3 years of direct work experience in an account or project management capacity, including all aspects of process development, execution and managing a team, in web marketing environments.
- Extremely organized and detail oriented, with an ability to handle multiple projects/deadlines.
