Media Planning Coordinator 

OVERVIEW

Reporting to the Associate Media Director, and working closely with the Media Analytics & Ad Operations Manager, the Media Planning Coordinator will drive the successful execution of media campaigns in line with prescribed objectives.  They will be responsible for Programmatic set-up, and assisting with publisher campaign execution. This includes proper implementation, trafficking and reporting of media campaigns. With some focus on media planning, together with the planning department they will create media proposals that focus on the right media solutions.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Programmatic and Campaign Management 

  • Traffic Programmatic campaigns, including setup, monitoring and optimization strategies to improve performance of campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Assist in Campaign Manager set-up, including traffic sheets, 3rd party tags, and brand safety.
  • Serve as a key escalation point for both internal and external stakeholder for clients and campaign matters relating to Programmatic
  • Learn media buying-related technologies, which include DSPs and 3rd party ad servers.

Media Planning Focus

  • Participate and contribute in the development of media plans and media plan proposals for clients showcasing KPIs to determine success
  • Assistance with completion of general media planning and optimization tasks, as required

Reporting and Continuous Improvement

  • Develop automated reporting of media campaign performance
  • Provide insights into and recommended action items based on campaign performance

Innovation

  • Propose innovative service offerings within the realm of digital advertising
  • Propose innovative optimization strategies for client campaigns
  • Identify tools to facilitate optimization measures

      WHAT YOU WILL BRING

      Experience

      • Previous experience in programmatic and/or ad operations set up and management
      • University degree or college diploma in a related field

      Skills

      • Knowledge of Programmatic, DV360, Google Ads
      • Knowledge of Ad Servers, CM360, Sizmek
      • Strong analytical skills
      • Exceptional attention to detail
