BAM bolsters its strategic capabilities with acquisition of Frech and Wang

It’s a big day at BAM. We’re thrilled to announce our acquisition of Frech and Wang, a US-based agency whose vision and capabilities align perfectly with BAM’s values — as well as our clients' biggest needs.                

This fresh injection of talent, combined with BAM’s 25+ years of expertise, instantly deepens our proficiency in Digital Strategy, CRM, and Data Analytics — allowing us to craft even smarter strategies that drive growth, strengthen customer relationships, and leverage data-driven insights to foster informed decision-making.                

It’s a pivotal moment for our team, and a move that will help amplify the rapid growth our agency has experienced since the establishment of BAM US in 2020. Even bigger things are on the way.                

Along with the very talented members of their team, we’re ecstatic to welcome two exceptional leaders to the BAM family. Jamie Frech will assume the role of Senior Vice President of Strategy, bringing a wealth of strategic acumen and thought leadership to our team. Lin Wang joins as Senior Vice President of Data & Analytics, contributing invaluable expertise in harnessing data to drive business outcomes.

The acquisition will drive an even deeper service offering from BAM, specifically around:

  • Customer Journey Strategy and Experience Design: Defining a strategic roadmap, communication plan and marketing mix for each touchpoint in your customer’s journey
  • CRM & Loyalty Strategy: Developing plans to expand customer relationships and enhance loyalty through personalized communication and rewards programs
  • Research: A full suite of solutions for qualitative and quantitative customer research, as well as competitive assessments
  • Data Strategy & KPI Development: Formulating a comprehensive approach to collecting, storing, and utilizing data to establish KPIs that measure business success
  • Attribution & ROI Modeling: Analyzing data to determine the contribution of various marketing efforts to sales or conversions and creating models to assess ROI
  • Data Visualization: Presenting complex data and insights in visually digestible formats, to facilitate easier understanding and decision-making
